This Privacy Policy explains how Lipp Team ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Lipp mobile application (the "App") and related services (the "Services").
The Services are intended for users aged 17 and older.

- We do not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or create biometric profiles.
- Photos are used only to generate the result you request (for example, identifying colors). Outputs are stored locally on your device by default.
- We do not use your photos for marketing based on image content, and we do not use your photos to train third-party models.
6) Automated Analysis / Server-Side Processing (If You Choose To Use It)
Certain optional features may allow you to upload an image or text to our servers for automated analysis to improve results or enable specific functionality. You control whether any content is uploaded.
- Server processing: uploaded content is processed on Lipp Team’s own servers.
- No third-party sharing: we do not share uploaded images or text with any third-party AI provider, and we do not sell it.
- Prompt deletion: uploaded content is deleted promptly after processing is completed and the result is returned, unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
- User control: you can choose whether to upload and generate results.
7) How We Share Information
We share information only as necessary and only in these cases:
- With your consent or at your direction.
- With service providers (processors) under contractual obligations to protect data and use it only on our instructions.
- For legal reasons (lawful requests, legal process, compliance).
- To protect rights and safety (enforcement, fraud/security, protecting users and the Services).
We do not sell personal information. We aim to disclose the minimum necessary.
